Initial Consultation ~ a 90 minute Telehealth video call. In this first consultation you'll have the time to tell your health story. I want to hear all about your main complaint and all the details that come along with it. Every detail helps me find the best indicated remedy for your individual needs. We'll go over your health history, any current symptoms, family medical history and anything else that seems relevant to your issue. I will prescribe 1-2 remedies which are an additional $15+ shipping.
Follow Up ~ If you've already had an initial consultation with me only. This is helpful to assess how the remedy is working and if a change of remedy or potency is required.
Fertility Consultation ~ A 90 minute video call where we will deep dive into your health history, fertility goals and current concerns. I work with an amazing fertility protocol that helps optimize your fertility, it includes individualized remedies as well as therapeutic remedies to restore balance and optimize your fertility. This includes 2 follow up calls over the course of 4 months.

What Is Homeopathy?
Homeopathy is powerful natural medicine rooted in the belief that your body is designed to heal. Using diluted substances from nature to stimulate your own body's vital force to heal. This system of medicine operates on the system of "like cures like," rather than suppressing symptoms. As a homeopath we take in all of your symptoms - physical, mental, and emotional and find the closest matching remedy to your individual needs. Homeopathy doesn't treat a diagnosis or a symptom, it treats you as a person. It is incredible for chronic issues, those nagging symptoms that you can't get to the root cause of and acute ailments. It may be the missing piece if you've tried changing your diet, exercising and all the supplements but just can't reach that level of vitality and energy that you know is possible. I would love to walk a part of your journey with you to try and get to the root of it. I don't believe every diagnosis has to be your identity, and your body was intentionally designed and created to heal. I also know healing isn't a destination, and it's in no way linear and doesn't always look the way we want it to.
What does a consultation involve?
An initial consultation can last anywhere from 60-90 minutes. We'll start with your chief complaint, what is the main symptom or issue you want treating. From there we cover all of the bases. Homeopathy is a holistic system of medicine, no information is irrelevant! We'll go over everything from physical symptoms, medical history, famlily medical history and anything else you want to share - physical, mental, emotional. It's all helpful for me to find an individualized remedy for you.
Carefully selected remedies will be mailed to you with the intention of a follow up consultation anywhere from 6-12 weeks later.
Can I purchase remedies?
At the moment only what I can prescribe to you based on a consultation. If you have an acute need, reach out, I have an ever growing Homeopathic pharmacy. First aid kits coming soon ~ every home needs one.
